Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Channel & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard qualified insurance brokers and agencies to expand the distribution network
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers and independent agents
- Act as the main contact person for partners within the broker channel
- Organize networking events to strengthen engagement and partnerships
- Track performance metrics such as broker production trends and conversion rates
- Support branding initiatives and product launches to increase market visibility
- Manage sales pipelines and proposals to ensure timely execution
- Set and achieve revenue targets through the broker distribution channel
- Monitor renewal performance and new business development activities
Market & Channel Intelligence
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities
- Analyze competitor activities to strengthen the organization’s market position
- Collect insights to support the development of innovative insurance products
- Contribute ideas for digital platforms and service improvements
Customer Experience
- Ensure high-quality engagement with clients and partners
