Duties and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing SME client relationships and driving business growth through the following duties:
Sales and Service (Primary Focus)
- Conduct regular reviews of customer borrowing facilities, including annual and interim assessments
- Provide advice to business owners on financial matters, credit management, and operational improvements
- Communicate clearly with clients on service standards, pricing, and available banking solutions
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Identify suitable banking products that meet client needs and promote them effectively
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Plan and implement strategies to attract new business opportunities
- Ensure all services meet established risk and quality standards
Business Management
- Identify potential clients and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Evaluate customer potential using internal prioritization guidelines
- Collect and analyze financial data required for credit applications
- Work closely with credit teams to assess and process applications
