Duties and Responsibilities
The Lead Creative, Public Pod will play a central role in fundraising efforts by producing high-quality proposals and managing complex writing projects. This position also involves leadership responsibilities and collaboration across teams.
Grant Writing and Content Development
- Lead the preparation of high-value donor proposals and reports each month
- Translate technical data and program results into clear, compelling narratives
- Ensure all written materials align with donor expectations and priorities
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all submissions
- Present complex development concepts in simple and understandable language
Strategic Planning and Content Framing
- Contribute to the overall strategy behind funding proposals
- Ensure that farmer-focused impact is clearly highlighted in all documents
- Align content with funding requirements from bilateral and multilateral donors
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organizational programmes and impact data
Project Management and Coordination
- Manage the full lifecycle of proposal and reporting projects
- Coordinate with internal teams such as field operations, finance, and partnerships

Stakeholder Engagement
