Duties and Responsibilities
The Strategy & Operations Associate will work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to support key organizational goals. The role combines project management, strategy execution, and stakeholder coordination.
Strategic Project Leadership
- Plan and execute projects that support organizational priorities across multiple countries and teams
- Identify opportunities to improve operations, including introducing new technologies or systems
- Support scaling initiatives by designing improved operational models
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives
Organizational Change Management
- Lead internal transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and performance
- Develop and implement systems that measure effectiveness and return on investment
- Support improvements in performance management and internal processes
- Work with teams to adopt new tools, systems, or workflows
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate strategic priorities clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements / Qualifications
