Eligibility
Education:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in n human resources management, business or public administration, social sciences, education or related area is required.
- A first-level university degree in combination with two (2) years of qualifying work experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
- Successful completion of both degree and non-degree programs in data analytics, business analytics or data science programs is desirable.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in human resource, management, administration or related area is required.
- Experience using Human Resources Management Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) such as Umoja (SAP) or similar, is required.
- Experience in developing training material and providing online/in person training on topics relevant to human resources management is required.
- Experience in HR analytics, data management and generation of statistical reports for use by senior management is required.
- Experience in the implementation and monitoring of HR programmes and advocating for application of best HR practices is desirable.
- Two (2) years or more of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable.
