Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Global CSE Programme Coordinator and support UNFPA’s global CSE initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of Comprehensive Sexuality Education programmes aligned with UNFPA’s strategic objectives
- Assisting in programme design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation related to CSE
- Collecting, reviewing, and analysing qualitative and quantitative data from country offices, partners, and research sources
- Preparing evidence-based insights to support programme planning and decision-making
- Developing clear data visualisations and reports using tools such as corporate dashboards and data analysis software
- Coordinating with regional and country offices, as well as implementing partners, to document best practices in CSE
- Contributing to data analysis for adolescent and youth-focused programmes
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the supervisor in support of programme goals

Requirements / Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Master’s degree in social sciences, public health, medical sciences, international development, or a related field
- At least 2 years of paid, relevant professional experience in gender, human rights, SRHR, or Comprehensive Sexuality Education
- Strong skills in analysing and presenting programme data, including dashboards and visual reports
- Proven ability to write clear and well-structured reports
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Arabic, French, or Spanish is an added advantage
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments
- Strong judgment, initiative, and teamwork skills
Nationality Requirement:
This position is open only to nationals of Norway under the JPO scheme.
Salary & Benefits (Estimated Range)
- Estimated monthly salary: KES 300,000 – KES 420,000 (gross, UN P-level equivalent)
