Duties and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will contribute to the development of a high-quality learning module aimed at strengthening resource mobilization skills within UNEP. Key duties include:
- Gather and organize training content from subject matter experts and relevant stakeholders
- Structure and adapt learning materials to ensure they are suitable for digital learning platforms
- Develop engaging and interactive learning resources compatible with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Test learning materials to ensure proper functionality across different digital formats
- Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of the learning module
- Revise and enhance content to increase learner engagement and usability
- Ensure all learning materials are accessible and properly documented
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to communicate lessons learned and best practices
- Work collaboratively with instructional designers, HR teams, and other stakeholders

Requirements / Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in one of the following fields:

- Graphic Design
- Website Design and Development

- Or a related discipline
- A bachelor’s degree with two additional years of relevant experience may be accepted
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and implementing training or induction programs

- Knowledge of adult learning principles and onboarding practices is an advantage

Salary & Benefits (Estimated Range)
