Duties and Responsibilities

As a Programme Officer, you will support the implementation of a large-scale programme designed to improve employment opportunities for youth with disabilities. Your work will involve coordination, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, and ensuring high-quality programme delivery.

Programme Planning and Implementation

Assist in developing annual work plans, budgets, and detailed activity schedules
Support the rollout of training programmes in digital skills, IT, and entrepreneurship
Ensure programme activities are delivered on time and meet expected standards

Partner Coordination and Support

Maintain regular communication with partner organizations to track progress

Requirements / Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in programme implementation within NGO or social impact environments
