Duties and Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Development
- Develop and implement content strategies tailored to different African markets
- Work closely with regional teams to create localized content based on crops, languages, and farmer needs
- Produce engaging content for multiple channels such as push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Design user onboarding and engagement journeys in collaboration with product and marketing teams
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns aligned with agricultural cycles and market trends
Lifecycle Marketing and Optimization
- Manage communication strategies across various user touchpoints including mobile apps and messaging platforms
- Conduct A/B testing to improve messaging performance, timing, and personalization
- Create audience segments based on geography, behavior, and agricultural context
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure visually appealing and effective campaign materials
- Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies to improve user retention and engagement
Social Media and Growth
- Build and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and user engagement
- Publish content such as posts, reels, and stories targeting farmers and agricultural communities
- Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, and conversions
- Test different content formats to attract new users and strengthen FarmerChat adoption
Brand and Collaboration
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
- Work with cross-functional teams to align content with product and growth strategies
- Stay informed on trends in agriculture, digital marketing, and content creation

Requirements / Qualifications

Salary & Benefits (Estimated Range)
- Estimated monthly compensation: KES 120,000 – KES 250,000 (based on experience and contract terms)
