Duties and Responsibilities
The Programme Director will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Future4Binti programme.
Leadership and Strategic Direction
- Provide clear vision and direction for programme implementation
- Lead governance structures such as steering committees and implementation teams
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, partners, and donors
- Promote teamwork and a positive work culture
Programme Management
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of programme activities
- Ensure timely delivery of programme goals and targets
- Maintain high-quality standards across all project outputs
- Develop and monitor key program tools including work plans, reports, and budgets
- Ensure alignment with organizational strategies and donor requirements
Talent Management
- Supervise and support team members and direct reports

Evidence, Learning, and Reporting

Requirements / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field

- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience managing multi-country or multi-partner projects
- Previous experience in Kenya, Ethiopia, or Somalia is an added advantage
