Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Management and Business Growth
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients with a focus on profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction
- Identify and onboard new SME customers to expand the branch client base
- Increase product usage among clients to improve revenue generation
- Grow branch income through fees, commissions, and targeted product offerings
- Review credit applications carefully to minimize risk and maintain a healthy loan book
- Support recovery efforts in case of loan defaults
- Participate in marketing and outreach activities to attract new business
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities within different sectors
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients
- Ensure timely processing of customer requests and loan applications
- Maintain an updated database of clients and conduct regular follow-ups
- Deliver high-quality service within agreed turnaround times
- Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate when necessary
Internal Processes and Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong risk management practices within the assigned portfolio
- Prevent fraud and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Prepare loan documentation and proposals in line with the bank’s credit policies
- Recommend suitable banking products based on client needs
Learning and Professional Development
